Brent handled the sale of our condo in Wildridge, and our agent for home purchase in Lake County. He priced our condo and we sold at full price. He gave us hints/suggestions for pre/sale for our own home inspection, referrals for minor repairs etc, and that helped facilitate the sale; That was closed on 1/23/25. All in all turned out pretty painless thanks to Brent. Our purchse of home in Lake County a little more challenging, especially recently, none of which Brent is responsible for. The seller is a little difficult to deal with, and everytime we have needed information, Brent has jumped right on it, and gotten us the information we needed. He's been great. Our closing not scheduled til 2/20/25, so a couple of more weeks until we get through this process, and Brent has been awesome throughout both transactions.
