Brent was never hesitant to roll up his sleeves and get the work done at the house. Literally he was the laborer, the GC on large home repairs to small repairs, the handyman, the source of any needed contacts from labor to professionals, and an incredible marketer and networker. He was straightforward and thorough on all of his communications with me and anyone else involved in the sale of the home. Brent worked all hours of the day and weekends to get the job done. I am very impressed with his skills and devotion to his work and his clients.

He is easy to work with, patient when explaining things to me that I didn’t understand, extremely thorough in every aspect of the process , making it an enjoyable stress free experience. I will and would highly recommend him to anyone , family or other entity interested in purchasing or selling any type of real estate . He is a real “ people person”making the entire process feel seem less and enjoyable .

He priced our condo and we sold at full price. He gave us hints/suggestions for pre/sale for our own home inspection, referrals for minor repairs etc, and that helped facilitate the sale; That was closed on 1/23/25. All in all turned out pretty painless thanks to Brent. Our purchse of home in Lake County a little more challenging, especially recently, none of which Brent is responsible for. The seller is a little difficult to deal with, and everytime we have needed information, Brent has jumped right on it, and gotten us the information we needed. He's been great. Our closing not scheduled til 2/20/25, so a couple of more weeks until we get through this process, and Brent has been awesome throughout both transactions.

He assisted us in buying a house that was contingent on us selling our current home. He is always cool, calm and collected and helped keep my mind at ease during stressful situations. Brent was always available when we needed him and his communication skills were on point!
